What a visit includes
Every session lasts sixty minutes. We talk through what's going on, I assess how you move, then treat with hands-on soft-tissue work, joint mobilisation and gentle manipulation where it helps. You'll finish with a clear plan and simple things to do between visits.
I bring a treatment couch. All you need is a clear space about 2 by 1 metres.
Who I help
The people I see here range from busy parents to people who are active and want to stay that way, with back pain, neck and shoulder tension, joint pain and everyday aches. I also see women during pregnancy and after birth. You can read more about what I treat and pregnancy and postnatal care.
Fees
Home visit (60 min): £119, for first sessions and follow-ups, with travel included. Blocks of 3 or 6 sessions bring the price down. See fees and booking.
